Body work designed to help you move and feel better.

Sessions are designed to help reduce tension, improve movement patterns, and support the body in moving more comfortably and efficiently.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, sessions look at how different areas of the body are working together— helping clients build better support, movement awareness, and more efficient movement patterns.

Clients often seek body work for:

  • recurring tension

  • discomfort with movement

  • feeling stuck in certain patterns

  • instability

  • limited mobility

  • chronic compensation patterns

Clients often leave sessions feeling:

  • more supported

  • more balanced

  • less restricted

  • more connected to their body

  • more at ease in movement

Thai Yoga Massage is a supported, hands-on session designed to help the body release tension, improve mobility, and feel more open and at ease.

Using assisted stretching, gentle compression, rhythmic movement, and breath awareness, sessions help encourage better movement, circulation, and overall support throughout the body.

Unlike traditional table massage, Thai Yoga Massage is performed fully clothed on a floor mat and involves active participation through guided movement and positioning.

Sessions are often deeply grounding while helping clients feel:

  • more open

  • less restricted

  • more connected to their body

  • calmer in their nervous system

  • more supported in movement

This work can be especially helpful for:

  • mobility restrictions

  • stress and nervous system overload

  • feeling disconnected from the body

  • people who benefit from supported movement and stretching

The goal is not to force flexibility, but to help the body move and feel with greater ease, balance, and support over time.

Sessions are done fully clothed. Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing.

Structural Balancing is thoughtful, hands-on bodywork designed to help the body move with greater support, efficiency, and ease.

Rather than chasing symptoms, we identify and address the source of pain and the underlying patterns contributing to it.

This work looks at how the body functions as a whole—how different areas compensate, restrict, or pull on one another.

Sessions may include:

  • hands-on body work

  • movement assessment

  • postural observation

  • guided movement and repatterning

The goal is to help the body build better support and movement patterns that carry over into everyday life.

Many clients come to Structural Balancing after experiencing temporary relief elsewhere, but still noticing recurring tension, compensation patterns, or discomfort in movement. This work takes a more whole-body approach by looking beyond isolated symptoms to how the body is functioning overall.

Clients often seek Structural Balancing for:

  • recurring tension or pain

  • movement restrictions

  • instability

  • chronic compensation patterns

  • postural discomfort

Sessions are individualized and designed to improve how the body organizes, supports, and moves itself.

Treatments are done fully clothed. Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. No jeans.
