This is a full-body, integrative session designed to support overall movement and ease.
You’ll experience a combination of stretching, breath cues, abdominal work, and focused pressure to specific areas of the body—all done on a comfortable mat on the floor.
Sessions are done fully clothed. Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing.
Structural Balancing
Structural Balancing is a hands-on bodywork session focused on how your body is organized and moving.
Rather than chasing symptoms, we identify and address the source of pain and the patterns behind it.
Sessions may include postural assessment, movement reeducation, and targeted hands-on work to support more efficient, pain-free movement.
Treatments are done fully clothed. Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. No jeans.
