You've already taken the first step. My studio was created especially for those who feel unsure where to start or haven’t felt at home in other yoga spaces, offering an intimate, safe, clear, and uncluttered environment where you can begin to understand your body and how it moves.

Why Functional Movement Yoga?

Functional movement yoga focuses on how we move in our everyday lives—supporting alignment so movement feels easier and more supported. Rather than chasing poses, we focus on how the body is organized so it can support itself in how you move every day.

We believe that understanding your body matters, that structure creates freedom, and that small shifts can change how your whole body feels. As awareness builds, so does your ability to support yourself—knowing how to support your body in how you sit, stand, walk, and move through your day.
