Navigating gait can seem overwhelming at first.

As a dynamic action, there are too many moving parts to assess it all quickly – unless you know what you are looking for.

What should happen in gait isn’t a matter of opinion or unique person to person.

The body’s design has all the answers.

Rather than feeling overwhelmed, there are a few straightforward, functional patterns of gait that can make the whole process much more comfortable. Join us and find out!

The beauty of the class is that functional movement is for everyone.
You don’t need to know yoga or be an expert in anatomy or how the body moves to benefit.
You only need to be invested in yourself and believe that every little change helps.
— Angela T.
This work is less time doing, more time being and with greater results.

The classes bring more self awareness to what I’m doing and how I’m moving during the day.

Yin Yoga & Sound Bath

Sunday, January 5th | 6 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.
Instructor: Denys Morgan
Investment: Drop In, Class Pass, Studio Membership

This 75 minute class will devote 30 minutes to Yin poses and 30-45 minutes for a sound bath.

Yin Yoga: consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body.

Sound Bath: is a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in sound waves. The waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself.
