Thai Yoga Massage

Thai yoga massage is a deep, full-body treatment that begins at the feet and ends at the head. Using a sequence of gentle, flowing movements, your  body is moved, loosened and stretched in order to increase muscle flexibility, joint range of motion and move energy throughout your body.

All sessions (aside from the 20 minute Quick Fix) are comprehensive, full body treatments that relieve muscular tension, improve circulation, and help promote total relaxation and stress reduction.

You’ll be  guided through a series of yoga-like stretches (all done on the floor) as well as a combination of abdominal work, breath cues, massage, and application of pressure to specific points on the body.

Your session will be done on a large, comfortable, heated mat on the floor. You are fully clothed throughout the session. Please wear comfortable stretchy clothing.

THE SCHATZ METHOD™

Structural Balancing

The Schatz Method™, a type of structural balancing, is a Bodywork therapy modality that focuses on pain management, body mechanics and injury rehabilitation.

Unlike other modalities and techniques, the outcome of The Schatz Method is permanent pain relief by identifying the source of pain and pain patterns, and alleviating them.

Treatments are done fully clothed and last no more than 60 minutes.

Working with Laurie includes postural assessment, movement reeducation and hands on technique to remedy structural imbalances.
